Addicted to Netflix? So are we. Deciding to invest our time to invest on a series is not as easy as we think. If you’re looking to start a new series, here’s a recommendation of our favorites from Netflix.

A Series of Unfortunate Events
Neil Patrick Harris takes the role of one of the most evil characters in the history of literature, Count Olaf. Based on the beloved book series by Lemony Snicket, the story follows the ill-fated Baudelaire children in escape from Count Olaf’s greed for their fortune.

Black Mirror
Disturbing and thought-provoking are the first things that come to mind with Black Mirror. The episodic nature of this series allows you watch the episodes on random order. Highlighting sci-fi thriller and sci-fi drama genre, no episodes will bring disappointment. Our favorites: The National Anthem (Season 1), White Bear (Season 2), Nosedive and Playtest (Season 3).

Crazyhead
From the creator of Misfits, this underrated British horror-comedy definitely deserves your attention. The ability to see the dead put Amy and Raquel under the care of psychiatrists. By random chance, the two meet and thus began the friendship between contrasting personalities. This show is so hilarious, we can attest that the horror element will not hinder you from watching.

The Crown
This dramatization of Queen Elizabeth’s life will keep you on the edge of your seat. If you’re a fan of Matt Smith from Doctor Who, make sure not to miss this series.

Riverdale
Based on Archie comics, Riverdale follows the mystery surrounding the death of high school jock Jason Blossom. Although the premise is palpably different from the comics, Archie, Jughead, Veronica, Betty, and the rest of the gang are still there to indulge your memories from back in the days. The season finale is coming up this Saturday!

Santa Clarita Diet
It seems that Netflix is really keen on the sci-fi genre lately.  In this comedy, series,  Drew Barrymore shortly died from a mysterious sickness only to immediately came back to life.

The OA
Intriguing and ambiguous, the OA is synonymous with binge watching. This show is guaranteed to make the next episode button inescapable. After missing for seven years, Prairie Johnson returned to her adoptive parents and but refused to tell them and the FBI where she has been all those times. The OA promised elements of science fiction, supernatural and fantasy.
